Who does not love to enjoy a nice cup of hot tea? Almost every culture has a way of serving tea, but they all have one thing in common and that would be the healing property of tea. If warm tea helps you, then you should drink warm tea. On the other hand, if your throat is too sensitive and prefers colder tea over hot, then you should drink your tea when it cools off. Just because the tea is not warm it does not mean that it lost its healing properties.
